At BankWise Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality educational courses that meet your expectations. We stand behind our products with a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with your course purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund under our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee:

1. The refund request must be made within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
2. You must provide a valid reason for your refund request.
3. Course completion should not exceed 50% of the total course content.

Please note that we may deny refund requests in cases where we detect abuse of our refund policy, including but not limited to:

• Multiple refund requests from the same customer
• Downloading all course materials before requesting a refund
• Completing more than 50% of the course before requesting a refund
• Any evidence suggesting that our courses are being used and then refunded in bad faith

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Log into your BankWise Academy account
2. Navigate to the "Purchase History" section
3. Select the course for which you want a refund
4. Click on the "Request Refund" button
5. Complete the refund request form, including your reason for the refund
6. Submit your request

Alternatively, you can email our customer support team at support@honnetwbarmk.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the following information:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your account
• The name of the course you purchased
• The date of purchase
• Your order number (if available)
• The reason for your refund request

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your refund request, we will review it promptly. If your refund request is approved:

• Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
• PayPal Payments: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your PayPal account. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your PayPal account may vary.
• Other Payment Methods: For other payment methods, refund processing times may vary. We will provide specific information regarding the refund process for your payment method upon approval of your refund request.

We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

Course Access After Refund

Once a refund is processed, your access to the course will be revoked immediately. This includes access to all course materials, resources, and any downloadable content associated with the course.

Any course completion certificates issued will be invalidated.

Special Circumstances

Bundle Purchases

If you purchased a bundle of courses at a discounted price, refund requests will be evaluated based on the following conditions:

• If you wish to receive a refund for the entire bundle, the refund will be processed according to our standard refund policy, provided you meet the eligibility requirements for all courses in the bundle.
• Partial refunds for individual courses within a bundle are not available. If you wish to keep some courses from a bundle but return others, we may, at our sole discretion, process a partial refund based on the non-discounted, individual course prices of the courses you wish to return, minus the bundle discount applied to those courses.

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or properly using the course content, please contact our technical support team at support@honnetwbarmk.com before requesting a refund. We are committed to resolving technical issues promptly and ensuring you can access the course content you purchased.

If we are unable to resolve the technical issues within a reasonable timeframe, we may extend your refund eligibility period beyond the standard 30 days.

Course Updates and Changes

Occasionally, we may update or modify our courses to ensure that the content remains current and relevant. These updates are part of our commitment to providing high-quality educational resources. Course updates or modifications do not qualify for a refund unless the changes substantially alter the nature or scope of the course as it was originally advertised.

Promotional or Discounted Purchases

Courses purchased with promotional codes or special discounts are subject to the same refund policy as regular purchases, unless specifically noted otherwise in the terms of the promotion.

For courses acquired through special promotions marked as "non-refundable," no refunds will be provided except as required by applicable law.

Corporate or Bulk Purchases

Refunds for corporate or bulk purchases (defined as the purchase of 5 or more courses in a single transaction or for a group of users) are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our corporate sales team at corporate@honnetwbarmk.com to discuss your specific situation.

Exceptions to the 30-Day Refund Policy

The following are exceptions to our standard 30-day refund policy:

Extended Refund Period

For certain courses, we may offer an extended refund period as part of a special promotion or guarantee. In such cases, the specific refund terms will be clearly stated on the course sales page or in the promotional materials.

Subscriptions and Recurring Payments

For subscription-based services or plans with recurring payments:

• You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting customer support.
• If you cancel within 30 days of the initial subscription purchase, you may request a full refund of the current billing period.
• If you cancel after 30 days of the initial subscription purchase, you will not receive a refund for the current billing period, but no future payments will be charged.

Legal Requirements

Notwithstanding any provision in this policy, we will comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding refunds in your jurisdiction. If there is a conflict between this policy and applicable law, the law will prevail.

Any dispute arising from or relating to this Refund Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms and Conditions.
